Terms of Use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of upcard.cc (the "Site"), an independent, non-commercial casino review and rating service operated by the Upcard Team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of Our Service
Upcard is an informational service only. We publish reviews, ratings, comparisons, and editorial content about online casinos. We do not:
- operate, own, or control any gambling services;
- accept bets or wagers of any kind;
- hold, process, or transfer player funds;
- act as an agent, partner, or representative of any casino operator.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to gamble, financial advice, or legal advice.
3. Ratings and Player Score
Our ratings, including the Player Score, represent our editorial opinion, formed in good faith on the basis of our publicly available methodology. They reflect our assessment at the time of publication and are not a guarantee of any operator's conduct, solvency, fairness, or your personal experience. Reasonable people may reach different conclusions from the same facts.
4. Age Restriction (18+)
The Site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older (or the higher age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction). By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must leave the Site immediately.
5. Third-Party Casino Sites and Your Jurisdiction
Casinos reviewed or linked on the Site are third-party offshore operators that are independent from us. When you visit or register with any such operator:
- their own terms and conditions apply to your relationship with them;
- the laws of your country or region apply to your activity.
Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions. It is solely your responsibility to verify that accessing and using any casino is lawful where you are located. We do not encourage anyone to gamble in breach of applicable law, and we accept no responsibility for your decision to play.
6. No Warranty; Information "As Is"
All content on the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Casino operators change their terms, bonuses, payment methods, and availability frequently and without notice; information on the Site may therefore be outdated at any given moment. Always verify current conditions directly with the operator before playing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Upcard Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including gambling losses, lost profits, lost data, or disputes with operators — arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or your interaction with any third-party casino. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
8. Complaints and User Reviews
We accept user reviews and complaints about casino operators subject to the following rules:
- submissions must be truthful, based on your own genuine experience, and supported by evidence (screenshots, transaction records, correspondence) where a factual claim is made;
- submissions without supporting evidence for disputed claims will not be published;
- we may edit submissions for clarity, length, or removal of personal data, and may reject or remove any submission at our discretion, including content that is defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or appears manipulated;
- by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, and adapt it on the Site.
We facilitate complaint resolution in good faith but cannot compel any operator to act.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site — including reviews, ratings, the Player Score methodology, texts, graphics, and design — is the property of the Upcard Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the Site. Copying, republishing, or scraping substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Site.
11. Governing Framework and Disputes
As an international informational resource, the Site is operated in accordance with general international practice for online publications. Any question, concern, or dispute relating to the Site should first be raised with us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve it amicably and promptly.
